Kids camera price in Bangladesh: which print camera to buy
Oct 5 2 min read Kiddopea Team
A kids print camera in Bangladesh costs between ৳2,750 and ৳2,850 at Kiddopea, depending on the model. Both cameras print the photo in seconds without ink, and the only running cost is paper.
Parents often ask us what they actually get for the price, and whether the dearer camera is worth it. Here is a straight comparison.
The two cameras and their prices
The DIY Instant Digital Camera costs ৳2,750. It is the classic first camera: a colour screen, a 12 MP camera, a selfie lens and a print slot underneath.
The Children's Digital Print Camera costs ৳2,850. It has a 48 MP camera, plays music, and takes a microSD memory card. It comes in a soft dinosaur or unicorn case.
What is in the box
The DIY camera comes with two extra paper rolls, colour pens, a charging cable and a wrist strap. The pens matter: prints come out in black and white, and children colour them in by hand.
The Children's camera comes with its character case, one extra paper roll, a charging cable and a wrist strap.
Running costs
Neither camera uses ink. They print with heat on thermal paper, so the only thing you ever buy again is paper rolls. Both cameras charge with a USB cable, so there are no batteries to replace either.
Which one should you buy?
Choose the DIY Instant Digital Camera if your child likes drawing. The colour pens and the extra rolls make it a complete craft kit, and it is the lower price.
Choose the Children's Digital Print Camera if your child will take a lot of photos and videos. The memory card slot means a whole holiday fits on it, and the dinosaur and unicorn cases are hard to resist.
Both suit children from about five years old, and both stay interesting up to ten or eleven.
